1Who is responsible

ARTA KYB AS (“we”, “us”), Stavanger, Norway, is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact post@artakyb.no.

2What we collect

When you submit the demo request form we collect only what you provide and the minimum needed to deliver the trial:

• Your full name
• Company (optional)
• Work email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Role / job title (optional)
• The scenario you selected
• The date, time and IP address of the submission — for security and abuse prevention

3Why we use it, and the legal basis

• To send you the download and demo, and respond to your request — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form.
• To follow up about your trial and our products — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in supporting evaluators and improving our software.
• To keep the download area secure and prevent misuse — also a legitimate interest.

4We do not share your data

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed by the providers that host our website and email on our behalf, under data-processing agreements and within the EU/EEA where possible. The demo itself runs entirely on your own machine — no operating data from the trial software is sent to us.

5How long we keep it

We keep demo-request records only as long as needed to handle your trial and any follow-up, and normally no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these, email post@artakyb.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

7Cookies

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8Changes

We may update this statement as our services change. The current version is always published on this page.
